Shrimp, mushrooms & spinach baked in a cognac cream sauce. Served in a scallop shell.

Topped with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs & Romano cheese then baked in a light tomato sauce with a touch of demi glaze.

Portobello Mushroom
Stuffed with broccoli rabe & sausage, topped with mozzarella then baked in a Chablis wine sauce.

Baked with fresh mushrooms & chestnuts in a light veal reduction.

Tagliatelli with Lobster Sauce
Fresh pasta in a light lobster sauce with white wine and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Roast Loin of Pork
Sliced and sauteed in a Chablis wine sauce with fresh mushrooms, onions, proscuitto, roasted peppers and pepperoncini peppers.

Black sea Bass Filet
Served over risotto in a saffron wine sauce garnished with clams & mussels.

Roasted boneless pork loin rolled and stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, provolone and spinach then baked in a Chardonnay wine sauce with shallots and Portobello mushrooms.  

Veal Oscar
With lump crab meat & fresh asparagus, baked in a light mushroom cream sauce topped with mozzarella.  

Chilean Sea Bass Filet
Pignoli crusted and baked in a light garlic and Chablis wine sauce served over fresh spinach.
